Despite Second Half Rally, Detroit Falls at UIC

Detroit used a second half comeback to erase a 14-point deficit against UIC, but the Titans were unable to hold on and were edged by the Flames, 69-66, Monday night in a Horizon League match-up at the UIC Pavilion in Chicago, IL. Despite holding Cleveland State to just eight points over the first 17 minutes of play in the second half, the Detroit Titans men’s basketball team saw its rally fall short as the team dropped it second consecutive game, 53-44, to visiting Cleveland State in Horizon League play at Calihan Hall Saturday afternoon.
