Detroit's women's soccer team will be in California to play at San Diego State and Pepperdine this coming weekend.

On Friday, the Titans will play at San Diego State with game time set for 7:00 p.m. EST. On Sunday, Detroit will play at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA at 4:00 p.m. EST. You can follow live stats for both games with the links provided below.

Detroit is 2-1-0 thus far in 2010. The Titans had a pair of victories last week with a 6-0 win over Madonna University Thursday and a 3-0 win over IUPUI on Sunday. Both games were played at Titan Field but Madonna was the home team in that match.

Junior Alexandra Suschak (Brecksville, OH/Brecksville) earned Horizon League Co-Women's Soccer Player of the Week honors for her efforts with the Titans last week. Suschak had a pair of goals against Madonna and added a third marker for the week against IUPUI.

Nina Carter (Clinton Twp., MI/Chippewa Valley) has scored a goal in each of the first three games for Detroit while Sarah Dzuris (Rochester Hills, MI/Rochester) has recorded at least one point in all three matches including the game-winner over IUPUI Sunday. Freshmen Abby McCollum (La Salle, MI/Monroe) and Kaitlyn Quarrell (Thunder Bay, ON/St. Ignatius) each tallied their first collegiate goals against Madonna.

Freshman goalkeeper Nora Abolins (Demorestville, ON/Centennial) has started each game for the Titans making seven saves on the season and registering her first career shutout against IUPUI.
