Dzik was ranked third nationally in rebounding in 1964, averaging 20.9 per game. He led the Titans in scoring as a junior and senior, finishing eighth nationally in 1964 with a 21.7 average. His 1,213 career points are 11th in U-D history and 1,158 rebounds are second to Dave DeBusschere on the all-time Titan list. He was a member of the 1962 team that went to the NCAA Tournament.
