After three varsity seasons, Dorie Murrey left U-D with his name firmly etched in the record books. He is the ninth leading scorer in school history with 1,446 points and also stands fourth in rebounding (1,140) and fourth in field goal percentage (.559). Second on the team in both scoring and rebounding as a sophomore, Murrey went on to pace the Titans in each category as a junior and senior. He played professionally with the Detroit Pistons, Seattle SuperSonics and the Baltimore Bullets.
