She was the Horizon League Outstanding Running Performer for indoor track and field in 2001 and 2002, as she won seven conference titles across five events - the mile, 800 and 1,000-meters, 4x400 and distance medley relay. In outdoors, she captured first the 1,500m as well as twice on the 4x400-meter relay. In cross country, she was All-League twice and placed 26th at the NCAA Regional Championships, which at the time was the best-ever finish in school history. She ended her career with the President’s Award, given to a graduating senior who during his/her tenure has shown academic and athletic excellence, are leaders on and off the field and represent the true essence of being a Titan student-athlete.
