Tim Blackwell was part of a great period of Titan soccer as the team tallied double-digit victories three times, set a school record for wins, made three trips to the MCC Championship and won the title as a senior in 1996, reaching the NCAA Tournament for the first time in school history. He played in 79 games and recorded 79 points on 20 goals and 39 assists, a school record for points and assists when he graduated. He was named All-MCC twice and was the MCC Player of the Year as a senior. He earned the President’s Award as a senior, awarded to a graduating senior who during his/her tenure has shown academic and athletic excellence, are leaders on and off the field and represent the true essence of being a Titan student-athlete.
