Golfstat Score Board

Junior Jeff Clarridge (Barrie, ON/Bear Creek) shot a 3-under 69 to fuel a Detroit afternoon surge as the Titans grabbed first place at the Horizon League Men's Golf Championship heading into Tuesday's final round.
Detroit trailed Green Bay by three shots after the morning 18, played in a steady, cold rain, but the Titans turned it on in the afternoon to post a team score of 292. That gives UDM a one-shot lead over UWGB after 36 holes with a 587 total. Wright State is third, 11 shots back of Detroit.
Clarridge stands third individually with a 75-69-144 card, even par. Teammate Britt Pronk (London, ON/St. Thomas Aquinas) is in a fifth-place tie (72-75-147), while David Byrne (Essex, ON/Essex) is a third Titan in the top 10. Byrne owns a share of ninth place (73-75-149).
The teams will return to Kearney Hill Links in Lexington, KY for Tuesday's final round. At stake, besides the 2010 league championship, is an automatic berth in the NCAA Regionals. Detroit has won the league title five of the last 11 years.
Golfstat will provide live scoring of the final round. Play begins at 8:00 a.m., and the first Titan will head to the tee at 9:30.
