MAAC Weekly Release

EDISON, NJ -- It was another good day on the field for sophomore Scott Drummond (Birmingham, MI/Seaholm) as he helped Detroit post a road win over Mercer and for that effort, he was named the MAAC's Rookie of the Week for the second week in a row announced the conference office on Tuesday.

Drummond tallied a game-high five points in the Titans' 16-7 victory.  He recorded his first career hat trick with three goals and added two assists. He also tied for a team-high with five ground balls.

In his last three games, Drummond has five goals and three assists and that was after starting the year scoreless in two games.

The Titans return to action on Saturday when they visit Georgetown. Opening face-off is slated for 1 p.m.
