2015

- Recorded her career low of 19:36 finishing 14th at the Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invitational
- Took 129th at the Greater Louisville Classic in 19:42
- Crossed the finish line in 24:43 for 67th at the Horizon League Championship
- The No 5 Titan at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship with a time of 25:01 for 192nd
2014
- Saw action in all seven races as a rookie and was in the scoring five in five events
- Started her collegiate career with a 15:43 for 17th at the Golden Grizzly Open
- Set her 5k best of 19:48 for 77th at the National Catholic Championship
- Just outside the 20-minute barrier at the Greater Louisville Classic ending 201st in 20:08
- Claimed 52nd at the Horizon League Championship in 24:17, her first career 6k race
- Trimmed her 6k time down to 24:14 for 195th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship
High School
- Received 10 varsity letters in high school with four apiece in cross country and track and two in soccer
- Had a decorated career in cross country and was a four time All-Catholic, All-County and All-Region selection and a four time state qualifier
- She was also a four time All-Academic selection
- In track, she was All-State as a junior and senior, All-County as a freshman, sophomore and junior and All-Catholic and All-Region in all four of her seasons
- Also a state qualifier in all four years as well as All-Academic
- A member of the student council, where she served as president, as well as a member of the National Honors Society and SADD (Students Against Drunk Driving)
Personal
- Daughter of Nancy and Tim Ponkowski
- Her mother, Nancy Drolshagen, was a member of the first women’s cross country team in 1984 and her dad, Tim, played tennis for the Titans, while her grandfather, Howard Philippart, graduated and played football for Detroit
- Has three brothers and a sister as well as an uncle and cousins who all graduated from the University
- Enrolled in the five-year Physician’s Assistant Program
