Women's golf senior Alexa Hatz (Novi, Mich.) made a run for the individual title at NKU's The Julie last week, firing scores of 73 and 74 for a career-best 147 and tying for second-place overall. Hatz finished one shot behind the winner and the Titans had three players in the top-10 as Detroit Mercy placed third as a team. Hatz had six birdies across the two rounds and registered 22 pars for her second career top-10 individual effort.
