Men's soccer redshirt senior Kyle Bandyk (Novi, Mich.) helped the Titans to 1-0-1 start after the first two matches of the 2021 fall season, scoring the golden goal in a 2-1 double-overtime road victory at Chicago State. Bandyk scored on a penalty kick in the 104th minute of the match for the game-winning goal, his third career PK goal. Bandyk helped spearhead the defense effort in both matches, helping hold Michigan to just one goal, while the Titans were playing a man down for the final 89 minutes in a 1-1 draw in Ann Arbor. The Titan defense allowed just three shots against CSU on Sunday.
