Freshman David Swab posted his first collegiate under-par round to finish in the top 20 at Ball State's Earl Yestingsmeier Invitational. Swab was a big reason the Titans were under 300 in the final round as he finished his collegiate debut with a 2-under 68 and shared 15th with a 221 (77-76-68). The 68 was the lowest score by a Titan freshman since Anthony Occhiuto shot a 3-under 68 in the final round of the NKU Fall Collegiate Classic in 2018. Swab knocked in five birdies and 10 pars in the final round and led the team and was fifth in the competition with nine total birdies.
