Senior Alek Mauro tied for 24th with a career-best 212 (69-72-71), a career low by five shots, at Cleveland State's Tom Tontimonia Invitational. He started the event with a 2-under 69 in round one and had 10 pars and four birdies in carding an even-par 71 in the final round. He led the team with 37 pars and was second with nine birdies, while tied for sixth overall with a -1, 2.92 average on the par 3's.
