Freshman guard Jess Bicknell (Saginaw, Mich.) led Detroit Mercy in scoring in both games last week -- scoring a career-high 15 points in her first collegiate start at Eastern Michigan and then adding 12 points on Sunday against Western Michigan. Bicknell added a career-best four assists against WMU. She ranks fourth on the Titans in scoring at 7.3 points per game in her first nine college contests and is averaging 10.7 points per game in her past six games.
