Junior track and field standout Kyri Jackson (Niagara Falls, N.Y.) finished in second place in the pentathlon at the YSU National Invitational on Saturday. She just missed her PR with a 3,267-point total. She won the 60-meter hurdles (9.11), the shot put (11.13m), finishing second in the long jump (5.15m) and was top four in four of the five pentathlon events. Jackson also placed eighth in the 60-meter hurdles (9.29).
