Softball sophomore Alyssa Lang (Carleton, Mich.) helped lead the Titans' hitting attack as Detroit Mercy swept the opening weekend of Horizon League play, going 3-0 at Wright State. Lang hit .500 (5-for-10), tallying two doubles, one triple and two RBI, while also scoring three times and stealing two bases. She had nine total bases during the series as the Titans hit .344 as a team, scoring 22 runs on 31 hits. Detroit Mercy won game one 4-3 on Friday, before winning over WSU by 8-2 and 10-2 margins on Saturday.
