Junior track and field thrower Brynne Gustafson (Highland, Mich.) earned a silver medal, placing second in the hammer throw with a toss of 52.05 meters (170 feet, 9 inches) at the Horizon League Outdoor Track & Field Championships over the weekend. Her throw was the second-farthest of the 2019 outdoor season. Gustafson also placed 12th in the discus with a throw of 33.36m (109'5").
