Titan freshman harrier Kaitlin Murray (Redford, Mich.) was the top Detroit Mercy finisher in her first collegiate race, placing 15th overall in the 33rd Annual Running Fit-Detroit Mercy Invitational at Cass Benton Park in Northville on Saturday. Murray ran a time of 20:07 in the 5-kilometer race. She won the open 5k race at the Running Fit-Detroit Mercy Invitational as a senior in high school in 2018.
