Men's track and field senior James McCann (Holland, Mich.) crossed in first place in the 3,000 meters and had two top-5 places overall to highlight the Titans at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational over the weekend. McCann and teammate Scott Smith made it a 1-2 finish in the 3,000 meters with McCann crossing in 8:33.24, just ahead of Smith's 8:34.60. McCann also was fourth in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 15:05.24.
