Senior Jacob Whitting (Freeland, Mich.) won the 60-meter hurdles in the season-opening Blue & Gold Invite at Notre Dame. He won the 60m hurdles with a PR time of 8.47 and nearly matched his PR in the long jump, reaching 20'0" (6.10 meters).
