Sophomore Carlton Sims (Gary, Ind.) won the 400-meter dash at the Fort Wayne Duals on Saturday in a time of 52.69. It was his first individual event victory in his career. Sims also ran a leg on the winning 4x400-meter relay squad that crossed in a time of 3:27.93.
