Sophomore attack Matthew Vangalen (Orangeville, Ont.) tied a season-high with five points in a 14-11 victory over Manhattan in Detroit Mercy's MAAC opener on Saturday. Vangalen scored a season-high four goals and added one assist, adding one ground ball for the Titans. On the season, Vangalen leads the Titans with 35 points on 18 goals and 17 assists.
