Off The Court Episode 8 (DaVonna Bradford)
 
In exactly one week, the University of Detroit Mercy women's basketball team will officially open the 2013-14 season and in the latest episode of Off The Court, HLN Detroit's Holly Hedemark talks with sophomore forward DaVonna Bradford.
 
The second year post player saw action in just seven games as a rookie. In high school, she was one of the top players in the state of Ohio, receiving a three-star ranking and 87 grade from ESPN and HoopGurlz in 2011. She was named a team captain as a junior and senior and earned the team's Leadership Award in 2012 as she averaged 14 points, nine rebounds and five assists to end her prep career.
