DETROIT (9/23/2017) -- The University of Detroit Mercy women's soccer team outshot IUPUI on Saturday, but the Jaguars were able to get on the board early in the first half and that was the difference in today's 1-0 outcome.

Junior Marina Manzo had five saves for Detroit Mercy (3-7-1, 0-2-0 HL), but IUPUI (8-3-0, 2-0-0 HL) scored the lone goal of the contest in the 13th minute.

The Titans led in shots, 10-8, and corner kicks, 6-1, on the day. Seniors Rachel DeLuca and Phylisha Drayton, junior Molly Kane and freshman Kelli Doyle each had two shots apiece.
