Brad Calipari nailed four triples and sophomore
Antoine Davis had 11 points, but Wyoming went on an 18-0 run to post a 76-49 win over the University of Detroit Mercy men's basketball team on Tuesday afternoon.
Calipari finished with a team and career-high 13 points going 4-of-6 from behind the arc. Sophomore
Marquis Moore had eight points and nine rebounds and sophomore
Willy Isiani netted eight points.
Detroit Mercy (0-3) scored the first eight points of the game and led 31-28 late in the first half, but Wyoming (2-3) scored 18-straight to take control of the game.

Chris Brandon ended with four points and five rebounds and sophomore
Boe Nguidjol had three points and three caroms.
The Titans had just 11 turnovers in the game, but were just 2-of-5 at the free-throw line, compared to Wyoming's 15-of-16 effort.
Detroit Mercy will be back in action on Sunday as they head to Las Vegas for the MGM Main Grand Event. They will take on UC Irvine on Sunday, Nov. 24 and Louisiana Lafayette on Nov. 25, both at 3 p.m. (EST) at Clark High School
First Half:
- Isiani started the offense with a 3-pointer and then got inside for a bucket
- Off a steal by sophomore Alonde LeGrand, he found Moore in transition for a triple and the Titans led 8-0 just three minutes in
- Wyoming followed with a 10-0 run, but a three by Davis put Detroit Mercy back in front at 13:50
- Moore's second 3-pointer gave the team a 16-13 lead at 12:20
- The teams traded leads back and forth after that for the next 10 minutes
- A layup by Davis and then a three by Calipari had the Titans ahead, 31-28, with 2:32 remaining
- The Cowboys scored the last five points to start their 18-0 run and took a 33-31 advantage into the break
Second Half:
- Wyoming raced out to an 11-0 run for a 46-31 lead with 16:30 left
- Brandon ended that spurt with a layup and off a steal by Moore, Isiani hit a three to pull the team within 10, 46-36, with 14:42 left
- Calipari nailed a triple and was fouled, converting the free throw, for a four-point play to make it 51-39 with 12:51 left
- Calipari drained another three at 8:49 to make it 58-43
Game Notes:
- This was the fourth career meeting between the two schools and the series is now all tied at 2-2 with the home team winning every one
- Davis has now crossed double digits in scoring in all 33 collegiate games
- Calipari's career-high in points was three achieved three times while at Kentucky
- Moore's career-high in rebounds was 11 at Milwaukee last season
