Titan Memory Podcast - Ray Albee

DETROIT (1/22/2021) -- Throughout the 2020-21 season at halftime of the men's basketball games on WLQV 92.7 FM & 1500 AM FaithTalk Detroit, the Voice of the Titans Dan Hasty will chat with a former men's basketball alum about their time in the Motor City.

Part of the broadcast will be on the air, but then right after, you can catch the full interview on social media and right here for your home of the Titan Memory Podcast.

This Titan Memory Podcast featured Ray Albee, a three-year letter winner from 1957-60. He scored 1,062 points in his career in three varsity seasons - as freshmen couldn't play varsity in his days - and graduated fourth all-time in scoring behind Guy Sparrow, Bill Ebben and Norm Swanson and was the top-scoring guard in school history. He was also a member of the first Titan squad to make a postseason tournament in the NIT against Villanova in 1960.
