Jonathan Kliewer recorded his third consecutive shutout and fifth overall on the season making two saves as Detroit Mercy played Robert Morris to a 0-0 double-overtime draw on Senior Night at Titan Field.

Despite playing a man down after the 77th minute, Detroit Mercy (4-4-5, 3-2-3 HL) almost pulled off the win in walk-off fashion as sophomore
Saeid Jannoun went unmarked and connected on a header off a corner kick that just missed to the right near post in the final seconds of regulation.
In the 101st minute of the second overtime, the Titans once again almost cashed in off a set piece as Towers hit a solid header off a corner kick cross towards the upper 90 but was turned away by Robert Morris (4-9-1, 3-4-1 HL) goalkeeper Grant Gloriso keeping the game scoreless.
Detroit Mercy out shot RMU 14-4 overall while both teams had four corner kicks each.

Demetri Pliakos had three total shots with two on goal while
Daniel Iyok, Samory Power,
Jackson Towers and
Daniel Larsson each recorded a shot on goal.
The Titans travel to Kalamazoo, Mich. for a non-conference match at Western Michigan on Wednesday, Oct. 27 at 4 p.m.
