DETROIT (11/2/2021) -- The University of Detroit Mercy has announced its basketball fan policy for the upcoming 2021-22 season.
 
All home games will be played on campus in Calihan Hall and select seating will be blocked off throughout the arena. 
 
The policy is as follows:

• All fans must be MASKED regardless of vaccination status
• There will be no food or drinks allowed on floor level (masks may be adjusted while actively eating or drinking in upper level)
• For men's games, only season ticket holders and holders of select comp tickets will be allowed on floor level, but spectators must stay six feet away from the court at all times
• For women's games, all tickets are general admission, but spectators must stay six feet away from the court at all times

For both men's and women's games, there will be selected areas and seats of Calihan Hall that will be closed off. 
 
The policy will continue to be evaluated throughout the year as University, federal, state and local guidelines are revised.
