LOUISVILLE (10/1/22) -- The University of Detroit Mercy men's cross country team earned a top-10 finish at the Live In Lou Classic on Saturday led by Oscar Hernandez with a top-30 spot. 

Hernandez ran a time of 26:09.6 for 27th overall and John Burke was the next Titan in at 26:34.4 for 55th. 

Other Finishes
Josiah Burr was the third Titan across the finish line as he ran 26:42.9 for 64th overall. 

Connor Joyce (78th) was the only other Titan in the top-100 at 26:55.4.

Following the top-10 running at the Live In Lou Classic, the red, white, and blue will have another week off from competition before finishing out the regular-season in Bowling Green, Ohio at the Falcons Invitational Friday, Oct. 14 on the BGSU Cross Country course.
