ROCHESTER, Mich. (10/22/22) - Sophomore Fisher Hudak had two shots on goal while sophomore Baldeep Gill add a shot on goal but it was not enough as Detroit Mercy could not come back from an early deficit falling 2-0 to Robert Morris on Saturday at the North Athletic Complex.
Robert Morris (5-7-1, 3-3-1 HL) put one on the board in the first three minutes with a goal from Hugo Kadmina that went past Detroit goalkeeper Jonathan Kliewer. The Colonials sealed the deal in the second half with a penalty shot in the 53rd minute, finalizing the score for the game. Kliewer faced 11 shots and had four saves.
The Titans (4-6-5, 3-2-3 HL) will play the #HLMSOC regular season finale at Wright State on Wednesday, Nov. 2, at 2 p.m.
