EVANSVILLE, Ind. (11/14/2025) -- Six Titans were in the top 200 as the University of Detroit Mercy women's cross country team concluded its season at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship.
The Titans were 30th with 975 points on the 6k course at Evansville.
Graduate senior
Nina Pizzo led the way, taking 154th in 22:50, her best finish at the GLR. She finished her cross country career with the seventh-fastest 5k time in school history, running 17:59 at Canisius, and was Second Team All-Horizon League with a 6k run of 21:38, fifth in the Titan record book.
Senior
Claire Hunt was the next Titan in, placing 166th in 23:10, while junior
Helana Napiorkowski ran 23:16 for 171st.
Junior
Alaina Burns clocked a time of 23:41 for 187th, and rounding out the scoring five was sophomore
Aubrey Mery, earning 197th in 23:51.
Sophomore
Kirsten Koss posted a time of 23:52 for 198th, and freshman
Addie Stanley was 206th in 24:03.
