Makayla Jackson also reached double figures with 13 points on 5-of-10 shooting as the No. 11 seed Titans couldn't recover from a late second-quarter run in an 81-57 season-ending setback at No. 1 seed Green Bay in 2026 Barbasol #HLWBB Championship first round action on Wednesday night at the Kress Center.

Aaliyah McQueen added eight points, going 2-for-4 from long range, ending her collegiate career scoring 606 points at Detroit Mercy (7-24) for an overall career mark total of 1311.

Both defenses were in full lockdown mode to open the game, with Green Bay (23-8) leading 4-0 by the media timeout at the 6:01 mark. Davis hit a 3-pointer to put the Titans on the board. UDM was down 10-4 and closed the gap to 15-13 with an 8-5 spurt before the Phoenix for a buzzer-beater jumper to lead 17-13 at the end of the first.
After GB opened the second quarter with an 8-2 run, McQueen hit a jumper, followed by a 3-pointer from Jackson, and another 3-pointer from McQueen to cap off an 8-0 run pulling UDM within two points, 25-23 at the 4:23 mark. However, Green Bay answered in a major way with a 19-2 run to lead 44-25 at the break.
In the second half, Detroit Mercy continued to battle and was only outscored 18-14 in the third quarter and 19-18 in the fourth, but in the end, the halftime deficit was too large for the Titans to overcome.
