2013 Outdoor: Ran lead-off 56.4 leg of Horizon League 3rd place 4x400m that ran #2 Titan time of 3:51.73, as well as taking ninth in 200m with season-best of 25.12... Ran sub-15 for all but one 100H races including season-best of 14.70 at Sacramento… Recorded season-best of 67.95 in 400H finishing second versus Oakland.
2013 Indoor: Ran 57.4 leadoff leg of Horizon League fourth place 4x400m that set UDM 4x400m record (3:54.09) after a fourth place 60H (9.01) finish and 10th place 200m (25.49) finish… Was leadoff leg for 4x400m that first got UDM record running 3:55.97 at YSU National Invitational after a third pace 60H (9.10) and 13th place 200m (25.76)… Had season-best 60H of 8.99 to place fifth at Windsor and also placed third in 300m with PR of 41.32 (#4 Titan)… Ran leadoff leg of winning 4x400m (4:03.94) at IPFW Quad along with second place 200m (26.51) and third place 60H (9.04) as team finished 4-0 in duals... Finished as team's leading scorer for indoor season.
2012 Outdoor: Shared team MVP honors with Nikia Duncan... Set UDM 100H record of 14.25 placing sixth at the Horizon League Championships in Milwaukee (5/4-6) and finished eighth in 200m (25.70)... Also ran leg on fourth place 4x100m (49.02)... Returned to sub-15 in 100H with then PR of 14.94 at Bucknell (4/13-15) where ran 400H PR of 66.15... Won 400H versus Oakland (4/7) at 66.20, runner-up in 100H at 15.03 and was member of meet and Titan Field record 4x100m (48.99)... Ran 14.52 100H at Al Owens Classic at Grand Valley State (4/20-21) placing sixth.
2012 Indoor: Opened season with 60H PR of 9.10 at Notre Dame (12/2)... Was the runner-up in 300m at Eastern Michigan (12/9) with a PR of 42.21... Won 200m at IPFW (1/28) running 26.35 as well as runner-up in 60H in 9.40... Also ran lead-off 59.6 leg of winning 4x400m (4:00.38)... Became the second Titan to break 9 in 60H running 8.93 for third at YSU (2/3-4) and broke 26 indoors for 200m at 25.72... Was third at Windsor (2/11) in 60H in 8.96... Also member of UDM record 4x200m (1:45.39) and winning 4x400m (3:58.39)... Was third place at Horizon League Championships at YSU (2-25-26) in 200m running indoor best of 25.45... Finished seventh in 60H (8.97) and ran 57.9 4x400m leg as unit was in contention for win but did not finish due to injury.
2011 Outdoor: Named team Rookie of the Year... Part of the runner-up 4x400 meter relay team at the HL Championships (3:52.40 #2 Titan)... Scored points as a member of the 4x100 meter relay team (47.69)... Placed fifth in the 200-meter dash with a personal-best time of 25.09 (#3 Titan)... Set a personal record in the 100 meter hurdles (14.98) while moving to third on the All-Time Top 10 List.
2011 Indoor: Named team Rookie of the Year... Ran the first leg of the 4x400 meter relay team that placed fourth at the HL meet (3:57.83 #2 Indoor Titan)... Set a personal record in the 60-meter hurdles while placing eighth at the HL meet (9.20 #4 Titan)... Set a personal-best time in the 200m (26.02).
High School: Earned four varsity letters in track and field... Two-time team MVP... Ran the 100m and 300 meter hurdles... Competed in the 200m, 4x100m relay and the 4x400m relay.
