2012-13: Finished the year with a 9-13 record in singles play and a 17-4 mark in doubles play… earned a pair of singles wins in conference play and was 4-1 in doubles play… Opened the spring season with five-straight wins against Oakland, Dayton, Wayne State (#1 singles), at Duquesne and against Butler… Earned a 6-3, 6-2 win at IUPUI… Recorded back-to-back conference wins at Valparaiso and against Green Bay… Earned a 12-2 record in doubles in the dual match season with a 4-1 mark in HL action… After dropping a match to MSU she rattled off six-straight doubles wins… She defeated Wright State, 8-3, and IUPUI, 8-0… Helped UDM break UIC’s streak of a 146-straight conference wins with a win at third doubles, 8-6… She finished the year perfect at home with wins against Green Bay and Milwaukee… Was named Most Valuable Doubles Tandem with Raina Halabi at the end of the year team banquet.

2011-12: First career dual-match singles win came at No. 1 singles at Michigan State (Feb. 18) with a 1-6, 6-4, 11-9... First career doubles win in a dual match came with Julia Fernandes in an 8-6 win at IPFW (Feb. 24)... Led team with 16 overall singles wins including 12 in dual-match play... Tied a team-best with Amanda Cornwell for HL singles matches with a 6-2 record... 6-2 record came with a 5-2 record at No. 2 and 1-0 at No. 3...Karoub ended the year and began the conference tournament with wins in 11 of her last 14 singles matches... Paired with Raina Halabi at No. 2 doubles for a team-best 6-2 record in conference matches... Won 6-3, 0-6, 6-3 at No. 2 singles in Horizon League Tournament First Round 4-3 win against Milwaukee (Apr. 27)... Named the team MVP by the coaching staff... Named to UDM Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

2010-11: Attended Albion and University of Michigan-Dearborn.

High School: Earned four letters on the varsity tennis team at Detroit Country Day... Played No. 1 singles all four years... She was an individual regional champion three out of four years finishing as a regional finalist the other season... She was a state champion her freshman and senior years and a state finalist the other two seasons... In her freshman year, helped her team capture regional and state championship titles.

Personal: Daughter of Connie and Carl... Has three siblings, Amabel, Winnie and Louisa... Major is psychology.
