• Honored with the Larry Bleach Award, given to a male and female student-athlete for setting the strength and conditioning standards for others to follow.
• Received 2017-18 NSCA All-American Strength & Conditioning Athlete of the Year honors, just one of six student-athletes at the University.
• Named to the Horizon League Men's Soccer All-Academic Team.
• Played in 16 games, making nine starts during his senior campaign.
• Scored one goal for two points, totaling eight shots in 793 minutes.
• Started the first six matches of the season and eight of the first nine.

• Named to Horizon League Men's Soccer All-Academic Team.
• Earned the Dad Butler Award, presented to the male and female student-athletes who show dedication to practice and having the ability to rehabilitate an injury to his or her fullest capabilities.
• Played in all 17 games, making 16 starts.
• Ranked third on the team with 15 shots and had one assist.
• Saw a season-high 96 minutes in 2-2 draw at UIC (10/8).
• Posted back-to-back games of three shots against Wright State (10/15) and IUPUI (10/19).
• Tallied assist on Matt Harkema's game-winning goal at IUPUI.
• Only game he didn't start was at Valparaiso (9/10), where he played 86 minutes.
• Played 1,103 minutes coming off major knee injury, which ranked eighth on the team.

• Had a shot on goal and played a season-high 110 minutes at IUPUI (11/4).

2013
• Came on late for the Titans appearing in 17 matches and starting in three of the final six matches of the season.
• Totaled seven shots on the season, with three on goal.
• Recorded his first career point on a game-winning assist against Bowling Green (10/8).
• Named to UDM Athletic Director's Honor Roll. 

Prior to Detroit Mercy 
• Earned four letters on the varsity soccer team at Forest Hills Eastern.
• Finished high school with 29 goals and 28 assists for the Hawks as a three-year captain and a three-time All-District honoree.
• As a junior, he was awarded the Unsung Hero Award, named All-District and was an All-Conference honorable mention.
• His senior year saw him be named All-State, All-District, All-Region and All-Conference.
• Finished the 2012 campaign with 21 goals and 10 assists.
• Played for the Grand Rapids Crew Juniors for five years, leading them to a #1 ranking in the state of Michigan and a #26 national ranking.
• The Crew won the 2011 Disney Showcase and returned to the finals in 2012.

Personal
• Son of Mike and Michelle DeVries.
• Has three siblings, Eric, Heidi, and Jonathan.
• Brother Jonathan plays soccer at Hope College and sister Heidi played at Cornerstone College.
• Was part of Project C.H.U.C.K. (Continuously Helping Uplift Community Kids) and the National Honors Society in high school.
