High School: A four-year letter winner in track and cross country in high school, he was tabbed All-Region, All-Conference and All-Division all four years as well as All-State as a junior and senior… He also won a county championship in 2013 and owns the 11th fastest cross country time in school history at 15:59… In track, he was selected All-Region and All-Conference in each of his varsity seasons and was All-State in the mile as a senior finishing in fourth place… Won the mile in the region as a senior and was part of the 4x800 that claimed first in 2012 and 2014… Also won the mile in his conference championships as a sophomore and senior.
