- Ran 19:51 for 25th at the Canisius Alumni Classic
- The Third Titan to cross the finish line at the Horizon League Championship with a 24:18 for 45th overall
Prior To Detroit
- Spent her freshman year at Macomb Community College
- Qualified for the NJCAA championship in cross country, the indoor 3,000-meters, 4x800m and the distance medley relay and the outdoor steeplechase and 4x800-meter relay
- Was an All-American in the 4x800m winning a national title
High School
- Earned two letters in track and field and cross country as well as a letter in swimming and soccer
- Also part of the school’s marching band all four years
- A cross country All-County honoree as well as a state qualifier as a senior
- Tabbed All-Academic as a junior and senior
- In track and field, she was a state qualifier as a senior and a Division 1 medalists in the 3,200-meters, pole vault and the 4x800m
- Holds her school’s record for the pole vault and the 4x800m
- A part of the National Honor Society

- Daughter of Jenn and Stan Towianski
- Has 13 siblings, including seven older than her
- Enjoys watching hockey, cooking and spending time with the family
