- Made his season debut scoring as the number five Titan in a time of 21:01 for 18th at the Golden Grizzly Open
- Ran 29:36 for 86th at the National Catholic Championship
- Set his 8k season low of 27:41 for 288th at the Greater Louisville Classic
- Tallied a time of 29:00 for 76th at the Horizon League Championship
High School:
- Earned four letters in track and field and two in cross country and soccer
- Tabbed the team’s Most valuable runner as a senior, where he was also a state qualifier
- In track, he was All-State in the 800-meters as a senior taking eighth place in the Division 1 race
- Also claimed fourth in the 800m at the 2016 indoor championships and was a state qualifier as a junior
- Holds the second fastest time in the 800m at Bedford High School
- Named the Most Valuable Distance Runner as a junior and senior and was part of the Midwest Meet of Champions Team in the 4x800-meter relay
- Named a Scholar-Athlete all four years

- Chose Detroit Mercy because it offered a great engineering program and Division I athletics
