2021 Outdoor
  • PR in 400 at golden Grizzlies T&F Invite (1:02.79)
  • Finished 8th in 800 at Grizzly PR Classic (2:20.39)

2019 Indoor:
  • Ran a 5:45 taking ninth in the mile at the Blue and Gold Invitational
  • Ran a new PR in the 800m with a time of 2:19 at the GVSU Big Meet
  • Took 12th in the 1000 at the Windsor Team Challenge

Prior To Detroit Mercy:
  • Earned letters in cross country and track and field
  • A MHSAA D1 4x800-meter relay qualifier as a senior
  • An 800-meter qualifier and helped the 4x800-meter relay team take seventh in 2018
  • Also was a part of the 4x400m that was fourth in 2018 and a part of two school records in the 4x400 and 4x800m
  • Earned All-Academic all four years

Personal:
  • Daughter of Lesley and John Arnold
  • Has four older brothers
  • One of her brothers, Zach, ran track for the Titans from 2014-18
  • Chose Detroit Mercy because of the nursing program
  • A Nursing major
