  • Placed 121st at the Louisville Classic in a time of 26:40
  • Was 59th at the Falcon Invite in 27:29.7
  • Crossed the finish line in 27:11.4 for 86th at the Horizon League Championship

2023:
  • Participated in all six races on the year
  • Ran 27:08 for 61st at Notre Dame's National Catholic Championships
  • Posted his career-best 8k of 26:14 for 32nd at the Canisius Alumni Classic
  • Finished 71st in 26:28 at the Horizon League Championships
  • Took 186th in a career-low 34:02 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championships

2022:
  • Ran a personal record in the 8k at the Horizon League Championships, his only race of the season

2021:
  • Took part in two races unattached running 25:37 for 27th at the Running Fit-Detroit Mercy Titan Invite and 30:56 for 70th at Bowling Green

Prior To Detroit Mercy:
  • A letter winner in swimming and diving, cross country and track and field and was a captain on all three teams
  • Three-time All-Catholic and was All-Region in cross country as a senior
  • Was All-State in track as a senior as well as two-time All-Catholic and All-Region
  • Also All-Region and All-Catholic in diving as a senior
  • A member of the National Honors Society

Personal: 
  • Son of Veva and Ken Lashaway
  • Has a twin sister, Izzie, who runs cross country and track and field at Madonna
  • Lists his biggest thrill in sports as taking sixth place at the D2 state championships on the 4x400-meter relay
  • A Biology major
