All-Horizon League Second Team
Led the team in all six races on the year, with a pair of top-10 finishes and four top-20 efforts
Finished 34th in 25:15 at Notre Dame's National Catholic Championship, taking more than a minute off of his time at the race last season
Crossed the line in fifth place at the Louisville Classic with a time of 24:48.8, just the third Titan to post a top-five effort at Louisville, joining Patrick Liederbach '11 (4th in 2010) and Ben Kendell '18 (4th in 2015 and 5th in 2018)
Led the way with his second-straight top-five effort, taking fourth at the Falcon Invite in 24:59
Clocked a 24:43 for 11th place and Second Team honors at the Horizon League Championship, passing his career low by a few seconds and also good for ninth in school history
Tallied a time of 31:44 for 105th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship, 12 seconds better than his run at the regionals last year and the 10th-best 10k time in school history

2023:

Competed and led the team in all six races on the year
Started the season taking 21st at the Michigan Open in 15:49
Claimed 40th in 26:22 at Notre Dame's National Catholic Championships
Broke 26 in the 8k for the first time at Louisville placing 65th with a time of 25:49
Clocked his 8k PR of 24:47 and crossed the finish line sixth at the Canisius Alumni Classic, the 12th fastest 8k time in school history and the best by a Titan since 2018
Finished 23rd in 24:56 at the Horizon League Championships
Ended the year with a 10k run of 31:56 for 116th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championships, the 11th-best 10k in school history and the best since 2018
The GLR run was also the second-best time by a rookie at the event, trailing only freshman Ben Kendell's 31:53 in 2014
