• Started his collegiate career by placing 33rd in the 5k Michigan Open in 17:47.5
• Ran 27:21.7 for 100th at Notre Dame's National Catholic Championship
• Was 105th in 29:12.3 at the Horizon League Championship

• A four-year letterwinner in cross country and track and field
• A member of the All-State Academic Team as a junior and senior
• Tabbed Second Team All-Macomb County three times
• A state qualifier in cross country as a senior
• A two-time indoor state individual qualifier/MITS as a sophomore and senior as well as a New Balance National DMR qualifier as a junior
• Ran club with 16 Ways Track Club
