2025 Outdoor:
  • Started the campaign was a third-place effort in the 400mH (1:07.13) and on the winning 4x400 at Oakland's Golden Grizzlies Invite
  • Was fifth in the 100mH (15.85), seventh in the 400mH (1:05.84) and part of the 4x400 that finished third at the Chippewa Challenge
  • Earned second in the 400mH (1:05.00) and fourth in the 100mH (15.18) at Oakland's Elaine Leigh Invite
  • Was 13th in the 100mH (16.56) and 19th in the 400mH (1:04.54) at the Jesse Owens Classic
  • Posted a couple of PR's at the Horizon League Championships, earning points with a fifth-place effort in the 400mH (1:03.44) - after running 1:02.72 for the second-best time in school history in the preliminaries - as well as 19th in the 100mH in 15.06, eighth in school history

2024-25 Indoor: 
  • Clocked a career-best 42.14 for 14th in the 300m and ran a leg on the third-place 4x400 at Notre Dame's Blue & Gold Invitational
  • Ran a career-best 59.87 for seventh in the 400m, was sixth in the 60mH (9.69), and was on the first-place 4x400 at the SVSU Classic
  • Tallied a career-best 9.34 in the 60mH for ninth and ran a leg on the runner-up 4x400 at the Akron Invitational
  • Was 21st in the 60mH (9.41) and part of the eighth-place 4x400 at the Horizon League championships

2024 Outdoor:
  • Started the season earning third in the 400mH in 1:07.03 and a leg on the runner-up 4x100 at Eastern Illinois' Big Blue Classic
  • Finished third in the 100m (12.93) and was part of the second-place 4x100 at the Chippewa Challenge
  • Ran 16.30 for seventh in the 100mH, 1:06.90 for sixth in the 400mH and was on the third-place 4x100 at Michigan's Len Paddock Invite
  • Set PR's in both hurdles, registering 10th in the 400mH (1:06.57) and 17th in the 100mH (15.88), and took the baton on the seventh-place 4x100 and 4x400 at the Horizon League Championships

2023-24 Indoor:
  • Made her collegiate debut at Notre Dame's Blue & Gold Invitational, placing ninth in the 200m (26.85) and 16th in the 60m (8.13)
  • Set a season-best in the 60mH running 10.22 for 19th and leaping 4.82m for ninth in the long jump at the SVSU Classic
  • A PR with a mark of 4.87m in the long jump at Eastern Michigan's Bob Parks Memorial
  • Ran a season-low 1:00.46 in the 400 and was part of the sixth-place 4x400 at the Horizon League Championships

Prior To Detroit Mercy:
  • Earned letters in basketball and track and field and was a two-time team captain
  • Holds school records in the 60, 100 and 200-meters, the 300-meter hurdles and the long jump
  • Ran in 84 total races as a prep and won 17 times, runner-up in 16 and third on another 10 occasions
  • A four-time state qualifier in the 100 and 200m and the 300mH, while also qualifying as a senior in the long jump
  • All-State in the 300mH as a senior
  • Was All-Catholic three times in the 300mH and 200m and added another All-Catholic honor in the long jump as a senior
  • A two-time CHSL performer in the 300mH as well as All-League in the 4x200 and long jump as a senior
  • A member of the National Honors Society

Personal:
  • Daughter of Laureta and Nike Gashaj
  • Has two older sisters and a younger brother and sister
  • Chose Detroit Mercy because it provided the opportunity to excel beyond what she had accomplished in high school
  • A Bio-Chemistry major
