2026 Outdoor:

• Started the outdoor campaign second in the triple jump at 11.80m and was seventh in the long jump at 6.33m and 11th in the 100m in a season-best 11.31 at Oakland's Golden Grizzlies Invite
• Won the triple jump at 12.83m, was third in the long jump at 6.50m, and ran a season-best 23.31 in the 200m for 13th at the Chippewa Challenge
• Ended runner-up in the triple jump with a season-best 13.63m, ninth in school history, and was third in the long jump at 6.80m at Oakland's Elaine Leigh Invite
• Scored at the Horizon League Championships, taking eighth in the long jump at 6.76m, and was 12th in the triple jump at 12.79m

2025-26 Indoor:

• Made his collegiate debut at Notre Dame's Blue & Gold Invite, earning 11th in the long jump at 6.50m and 33rd in the 60m in 7.20
• Won the long jump with a mark of 6.76m and was second in the triple jump at 12.18m at the SVSU Classic
• Claimed third in the long jump at 6.86m and fourth in the triple jump at 12.20m at EMU's Bob Parks Memorial
• Earned a win in the triple jump at 13.40m and was runner-up in the long jump with a season-best 7.05m, sixth in school history, at Michigan's Silverston Invite
• Scored in the Horizon League Championships, finishing eighth in the triple jump at 13.51m and eighth in the long jump at 6.83m

Prior to Detroit Mercy:

• Lettered in football and track and field
• Earned All-State and All-League in the long jump
• Set the school record for the long jump
• Ran club with Maximum Output and was a national qualifier for the Junior Olympics for four years

• Son of April and Rick Henson
• Has an older brother as well as a younger brother and sister
• Chose Detroit Mercy because it is close to home and the academics
