Emily Vannice was named the head coach of the Detroit Titans Dance Team in July of 2010. The promotion comes spending two years as an administrative intern helping with development and special events.
In the role, she has helped advance "DT2" from a small unorganized spirit group to a dedicated dance team that has even seen two of its members perform at the nationally televised halftime show of the Detroit Lions Thanksgiving Day game in 2011.
Vannice, who currently lives in Troy, earned a degree in Health & Sports Studies/American Studies in 2008 from the University of Iowa.
