Javae Lampkins finished his first year as a graduate assistant with the Titans in 2021-22.
He joined the program at the start of the 2021-22 season after a collegiate playing career at Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi.
He started his college career at Allan Hancock College before playing three seasons with the Islanders. He appeared in 41 games over two seasons
That came after a standout career on the prep level at Mount Zion Christian Academy in Durham, North Carolina.
Outside of collegiate athletics, he worked as a NBA training assistant with Basketball Skill Building, where he helped with drills, which required defensive tactics, passing and rebounding, for the skill development of professional athletes in Nolan Smith, Kevin Durant, Jeff Green, Brian Chase and Hakim Warrick.
He graduated from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi in 2021 as a Scholar-Athlete with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology- Psychology and is currently pursuing his master's in Liberal Arts.
