David DeMuth just finished his fifth season in 2014-15 as a Volunteer Assistant Coach for the Titans men’s tennis program. A lifelong and passionate tennis player, DeMuth still competes in USTA tournaments.
He helped guide the team back to the postseason in 2014-15 and was also part of the Titans run to the Horizon League Championship semifinals in 2012-13.
A graduate of Miami University (OH), David is the Co-CEO and president of Doner, an advertising agency based in Detroit. With over 600 employees and additional offices in Cleveland, Newport Beach and London, some of Doner’s clients include Chrysler Group, UPS, Coca Cola, AutoZone, Shell Oil, the PGA Tour, and Wilson Tennis. David is also a member of The Board of Trustees at University School in Cleveland, Ohio, an all boys preparatory school.
David’s oldest son, Alex, is graduated from Bentley University in Waltham, Mass., in 2-15 and was a four-year member of the men’s tennis team. His family, including wife, Kristen, and younger children Olivia, Owen, and Henry, reside in Shaker Heights, Ohio and Birmingham, Mich. and stay active playing competitive sports like soccer, ice hockey and, of course, tennis.
