Kevin Demorest made an immediate impact in his only year on the field for Detroit and now he will look to continue to build the Titan program as he was recently named a graduate assistant coach for the 2010 season. He will assist the coaching staff in all facets of the program.
Demorest had one season of collegiate eligibility left and the Birmingham native chose to come to Detroit and be a part of UDM’s first varsity team.
He battled back from a knee injury to play in eight games in the Titans’ inaugural season, finishing third on the team in goals (10), assists (5) and points (15).
Demorest, who graduated from Harvard in 2008, is currently pursuing his MBA from UDM.
