Martin Lang Jr. joined the men's soccer staff as a graduate assistant prior to the 2019 season. Lang was a four-year member of the Titan men's soccer squad from 2015-18.
He saw time in 24 games for the Titans across his career and was a member of Detroit Mercy's Athletic Director's Honor Roll in each year he was a member of the squad. Full bio below:

• Saw time in four matches, seeing 131 minutes before an injury forced him to miss the rest of the season.
• Earned a season-high 43 minutes of playing time at Pitt (9/18).
• Received Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll honors (3.2 GPA+).
• Earned Detroit Mercy Athletic Director's Honor Roll accolades (3.0 GPA+).
2017
• Missed the season due to an injury.

High School
• A three-year letter winner for the Pilgrims and coach Joel VandeKopple.
• Competed in four years of soccer overall as well as two years of varsity basketball and two years of track and field.
• Helped Lansing Christian to 2013 MHSAA Class D state championship and 22-0-1 record.
• Named First Team All-State, First-Team All-Region and First Team All-District as a junior in 2013.
• Played just five regular season games as a senior due to injury in 2014, but was still named First Team All-Region, First Team All-District, Greater Lansing Activities Conference Honorable Mention and All-State Honorable Mention.
• Recorded 28 goals and 23 assists during high school career.
• Holds school record in 200 meter dash.
• Part of 2012 Division 4 state semifinalist basketball team.
• Played for Grand Rapids Crew Juniors club team for four years.
• Two-time State Cup Finalists, two-time MRL Champions and three-year National League members as part of GR Crew Juniors club.
