• Ran a career-low 8:56.35 for 23rd in the 3,000m at the SVSU Invitational
• Earned 21st in a career-low 15:34.80 in the 5,000m and was 35th in the 3,000m in 8:59.10 at the Horizon League Championships

• Helped his team to back-to-back league and All-Area championships as a junior and senior as well as the school's first-ever state championship team appearance
• Holds the school 5k record and was fifth in the region as a senior
• In track, he won the 3,200-meter regional title as a senior and ran a leg on the first place 4x800 as a junior.

• Chose Detroit Mercy because it was exactly what he was looking for in a college in that it was close to home, appealing academic programs, and a well established track program
